When the hazards are on the dash thinks there is a trailer connected so flashes the trailer light instead.
Normally that light flashes once during normal usage of an indicator(at the start)
I disconnected the trailer wiring from the wiring loom has I thought that may have been the initial problem wear should I start looking now thanks

You have replaced the indicator relay??(with another correct indicator relay)
Yellow are normal relays on a landy.

And have you replaced the hazard switch?
Yes fitted new hazard switch, with the small yellow one nothing happened the black bigger 4pin works ok but as I say it just flashes the trailer light on the dash when the hazard switch is operated and not indecator arrows

When you indicate do the arrows flash individually?
Yes all OK on stick just the switch

As mentioned before. The trailer light symbol will flash when hazards are used. This is due to 3 or more 21watt bulbs flash. Relay thinks there is a trailer attached and flashes.
This is normal for all landrovers. Even removing trailer wiring the dash will flash
