Have L322 Lights on P38 need help

hi guys i have l322 lights on my p38 range rover they are the genuine xenon ones i have a problem with one of the lights come to get it M.o.T'd one of the beam frm the headlight is not coming out correctly not sure what it is, i have tried swapping the bulb over didnt make much of a differnce, the beam is not showing a stright level when they test it.

any one have a set of these fitted?

could it be to do with the motorised flaps in the headlights one could have moved
