hi guys,

Ive been searching for any solidworks drawings of a land rover chassis with preferably all running gear and engine on it as a friend and I are planning an amphibious project and may use a land rover chassis to build upon.
We plan to create a body around it on solidworks first to test it virtually and see if we can get it to work before properly committing to using a landy :) if anyone can help it would be fantastic :)

you could try JLR I am sure they will have something on file :rolleyes:

as its been done on numerous occasions, i would suggest that yes it can infact be done.
 
What is JLR and sweet as then but it will just be a case of finding out if our designs will work then

I hate CATIA but hey the auto industry seems stuck on it. Making the shift away from it would require a massive investment
