Freelander 1 Hard to track noise from underneath

I have a noise from under car, sounds like a rattle/vibration. It happens when above 35MPH, sounds like its coming from around front of belly pan. If i turn the engine off at speed and coast it is still there and goes when bellow 35MPH. I have removed belly pan could not see anything loose, made a good job of all fixings when replaced pan. Noise still there, any suggestions welcomed. Kev

After looking for the noise for 2 weeks i have just found it. I must say it did sound like it was from underneath.
It was the ariel bouncing on the roof rack cross rails, removed cross bars and noise has gone.
Now need to stop the door rubbers squeaking

Proof that sounds travel and often don't come from where you think they originate.

Don'tant ya no yer up from yer down. Anyone would think yer be a crazy Aussi.

I have put a cable tie to stop the antenna from doing just that on my car.

Thanks i have just removed cross bars till i need them, but will fit tie wrap on when i put them back on
