Hammerite satin black - It's faded!

I did my bonnet's upper surface in Hamerite Satin Black about two years ago. It's started to fade.

Is it the paint or is it me?

It does do that sometimes. I noticed a slight "mist" on my railings after about 2 years.

all satin and matt paints fade and wear.the less gloss a paint has the less durable it is.

becarefull could react and craz or go like velvet every time you touch it you leave marks.

On a different note , nice house but your lawn could do with some weed & feed

Tcut and satin or Matt don't mix!!! Also did u paint it to stop shine??? Lacquer kinda defeats the object

Use a proper paint not tins made for garden gates.
