Good old camskills and city Link tw@@ts

Ordered from camskills Monday received email saying dispatch day Tuesday I thought great.
Tuesday is received a email saying dispatch day Wednesday I thought ok not to bad.
Thursday i get a email saying sorry for the delay they will be with you today.
I received a tracking number from city Link.
And it said in the network well I gave it till 2pm and I gave them a call and Thay said. We did not have enough drivers today and Thay will deliver them Friday.
Balls to that I've paid for next day delivery . I phoned
Camskills and was told if you don't want them we will get city Link to return them to use not even an apology.
I'll not use either of them again

Carriers can wreck the service of even the best retailers, I have that problem quite alot on the sending end, and I usually give the customer something for the inconveniance. I'm not going to get **** back from the carrier so ou just have to take the hit. But having been on Camskill's side of things, who did you speak to and in what manner did you speak to them? If you explain calmly and politely, to the right member of staff, I'm sure you can get refund of sorts on the shipping cost.

I don't think it's fair to tar Camskill with the same brush as Citylink. I try my hardest too but carriers really **** with me sometimes so I know how it goes.

I was polite to camskills and the block on the other end could not give a ****.
A tyre monkey he was.
No customer skills what so ever

i post lots of parcels and find most of them do arrive when they are supposed to but there is always one i also have quite a few parcels delivered and on the odd time the parcel has not arrived on time BUT i never blame the people who have sent it it is down to the service of the postal services if it was ment to be 24 or 48 hour and did not arrive put your complaint in writing to that postal service and you should get a refund

I am currently waiting for a front propshaft, expected by today, today got an email, telling me it had been despatched, on the day it was due to arrive ???? Try again tomorrow.
