I've just joined. I've had a 90 300TDi for about 5 years and done a few jobs on it. It's coming off the road tomorrow as it needs a new chassis which I hope to do myself with help form some friends.

How long you planning on taking? Is it an all nuts and bolts refresh?

I've got another car so I'm going to take my time, 12 months if necessary. I'll do the bushes, a new clutch, probably copper brake pipes. I expect it will be tempting to replace every thing you see but I'll try not to!

All sounds good, you going to be posting a detailed as you go build diary on here?

If you want some inspiration , there are a few builds going on at the moment.
If you do a search for Aarons 90 rebuild , It is always a good read.
