gearbox oil seal

Can anyone advise. My LH oil seal from the g'box has been weeping. The CV boot is cracked so I plan to replace the seal and the boot/gaitor and the oil at the same time over the holiday break.

The Haynes manual makes reference to ensure that the seal's lip faces inwards. Rimmer have shown an oil ring and not a metal rimmed seal type.

Can anyone advise which is the part I need?
