Gear and air fan issues

Hello guys

Thank you in advance for any help. I have a 2003 L332 Range Rover.

After a short trip today the air fans stopped working, all the lights were on, but no air - when got back home, I started checking the fuses, but could not find any issues.

Since then, when I turn on the car< I get a message saying neutral selected and the hill decent light is flashing.

Any ideas what I have done? Any tips also, for resolving the first problem?

Spurious electrickery
Is the battery good? It’s very important to start with then look for water ingress and damp.

As Marjon said, the battery is the first port of call, low voltage causes all manner of problems.
