Fuel map differences in TD5s

Anyone know what the difference is between the fuel map on a D90 and a D110 TD5? I have a D110 with a donor drivetrain/ECU from a 2004 D90. The ECU part number and config tune is identical between the two, but the D90 uses fuel tune of svlne007, whilst the D110 uses svloe005. I was considering using my nanocom evolution to reprogram the ECU with the 110 fuel config, but didn't know if that was going to cause problems. Thanks in advance,
