Any thoughts?
Using a gen LR hose etc
td5 fuel filler hose lube, KY / dish soap? dont want to use silicone
Will get the pipe hot of course, anyone done it?

why don't you want to use silicone -either grease or oil
for o rings rubber to plastic or metal silicone is what i use
the only issue with a silicone lubricant is it doesn't lube metal to metal and promotes galling

i didn't know that but a slight smear on the metal i wouldn't think would hurt
you could try normal hand soap
when i was a shot blaster i always had a bar to hand for rubbing into holes in wagan tanks if when you blasted them they pin holed

filler hose n clips just arrived, genuine LR, i have to say i am very surprised its very soft and pliable i think it will be fine.
others i have done in the past have been a right mare and very hard.

Diesel ...
mmm good call, but i do hate the poxy stuff, its great for lot of things, especially tarmac driveway destruction like no other, but it truely stanks...I Know, I know i should learn to luv it, but sharnt hate it it stanks lol
