front wiper motor, new one fitted similar issues

So I had the usual issue where by the front wiper wouldn't work when twisting the lever unless you played around for a while..

So I bought a new unit and it works better, but doesn't always kick start itself, is there anything else that's a problem, stalk etc?

New stick? Double check the wiring id say..

no nw wiper motor, may try new stick all wiring out side looked fine, need to check the stick but don't think they can be stripped down can they?

Might just be grease on the stalk contacts ...see last page and last post on here

Do u fancy being my fountain of all knowlege btack lol....il give it a coat of looking at tomoz or wednesday...got water pump to see to ideally 1st

Nah

mine was the other way round ..grease in the motor contacts rather than the stalk ..good luck
