Front wiper motor and linkage

Freelander2 2009 wiper motor linkage keeps detaching from the motor I've had it spot welded twice but heavy rain then its off again apart buying a new one which is proving difficult to locate would it be worthwhile getting one from salvage

I'm sure i read the rear wiper motor from a Ford Focus fits the FL2 but not sure about the front maybe someone else knows, but if you purchase a second hand one this is your guy to get it from (David) i/we buy all our spares from him.
