Hi All,

As per the title. I've now developed a problem where the front drops evenly overnight, even with the battery disconnected.

Obviously a leak from somewhere, but I can't remember where I should be looking. I've done a search, and it's always one corner dropping, I can't find anything about the whole front dropping with the battery out.

I've had it a apart quite a bit what with the engine swap etc, but she's always stayed up no matter what until the other day.

Any pointers for me.

Mine tends to drop more when weather gets colder, but mostly rises while parked !! I've put it down to the hardening of the rubber ends on the solenoid valves over the years, because it even does it after changing all the seals in the valve blocks

I don't think the bags are that old. Coincidentally it only started doing it after a run with the exhaust off that melted the line to the air-tank. I cannot see how that could affect it but apparently it did or it just started at the same time. The air-dryer isn't that old either so don't think any dust was pulled into the valve block.

I ran mine without the filter on the block for a couple of years, until it got a piece of grit caught in it which jammed the diaphragm open... On went the filter but now dropping down...
@MrGorsky , get a jack under the rad cross member and as said lift it slowly and check the rolling surface of the air-bags. My four dunlops have started to age after just 5yr🙄

I think it's more likely I've disturbed the O rings at the valve block messing around with everything than I've melted a pipe, or that the air bags have started leaking after a year stood idle, and now they're suddenly pressed in to service.

It's that both are gong down at about the same rate thats thrown me... If it was just one corner, I'd know where to look!

I've got the MOT next week and I think it'll be alright for that.....
