After having the old wobble and clonk for a few weeks I finally got around to changing the steering damper, anti roll bar bushes and the drop links. All the other bits had been done last MOT.
The damper went on fine as did the bushes but when I came to do the drop links I had a problem.

With the old ones off the car after a bit of effort i got the new ones unwrapped to go on and straight away thought there was an issue. The old ones have a bolt approx 10mm diameter with 18mm nuts, the new ones the bolt is approx 7.5mm diameter with 15mm nut. The old ones are a snug fit in the bolt holes and the new ones are not. They are AllMakes4x4 made with Part Number ANR3304.

I haven't fitted them as I am concerned that any play even with the nuts done up super tight could result in movement. Or am I being over cautious ?
