Front passenger Tyre balled unevenly. track rod end?

hi guys,!

as i said Front passenger Tyre balled unevenly. track rod end? i noticed when i parked the other day that tyre was balled and wire coming through on the inside and nearly the same on the outside, middle of the tyre was bald but not as bad. so with the uneven wear im wondering would it be a track rod end on the way out? if so what should i be looking out for?

if its inside and outside and not as bad in the middle its low tyre pressure

that sounds like a nice cheaper option! got a nice second hand tyre for it today for a bank breaking €40 255/55/18 still got 6mm of thread and its a goodyear. will wait till the one on the other side needs changing and do the both of them at the same time.
