Hi All

is it possable to put the later head lights & indicators from a 1995 disco
in to a series 1 1993 ?as i would like to change the lights and grill to
update it

There are a few kits out there (talk to Simmonites, I think they do
something). But they're quite expensive.

I've read that the wings are different so you'd need quite a bit of
modification, but this may be myth.

ah, now I was looking at that following it being asked recently.

looks to me as though the front outer wing panel on the "200" type disco is
the same shape at the front as the "300" type one. I've not yet looked at
the headlamp mountings.

I suspect though that the answer is "yes". You may find wiring differences,
but they can be overcome, especially if you have the complete light units
with connectors.

the grille panel and the bit under the lights would be needed too.

same shape on the outside. I'd have thought that the potential to have
different headlamp mountings was more apt to cause trouble. The later type
sherpa vans has similar square lamp units, but there are 2 different and
incompatible types of attachment to the vehicle. I've not examined the
inner front panel yet.
