hi all, i recently changed my shocks for konis and as there impossible to compress i ended up jumping up and down on the front suspension to get the lower pin located, thing is since i did this the front sometimes moves up to offroad hight without the rear! it goes down again when the high selector button is pressed and every opperation works as it should and quite quickly too.
could i have bent something by fitting shocks in the way? if so surely the front would be constanly too high?
its been on testbook (or something like that) and it showed no faults, the guy who did it now tells me that some one else has a much better machine than his! he charges £65 but he's mobile.
wish he told me that before i handed over £40 for 10 mins!

Has it definately been on 'test-book', you really need to get it read properly.

well saying that im not sure, the guy plugged it in under passenger footwell and when he went into the EAS it showed all the hight settings in mm's and he reported no problems, the front definately looks higher that the back, so im thinking if a lincage was bent when i was jumping up and down on the suspension as its mechanical how would the electronics know? surely it would just raise the front to the electrical settings it was set to and assume it level?
i think what i need is to have it recalibrated! which is what i wanted all along but was talked out of it!
