Front door locks

My front doors won't lock with the remote fob, will it be the door actuator on both doors, drivers door or something else?

You could be right on all accounts. It could also be the fuses for the door outstations. I am not sure which is the most likely but the cause most discussed on the forum is the lock motors burning out due to a faulty / old style RF receiver. If the door lock mechanism is in good shape you can swap the motors fairly easily. It is the same motor in the rear locks as in the front locks (bit cheaper on eBay).

So is there a motor for each lock? would i be able to take one off the rear and put it on the front to test it? can i test the actuator in the same way.
