right same for other side, got to getting the pads out of the caliper front one were ok ish then the back one of the pair were stuck, after a lot of **** an agro i got one of the two pistons moving, cleaned it up, now its free, the second of the pistons is stuck right in and wont move?

had the bar in there, g-cramp, mole grips, slip jaw grips, lump of wood and the hammer, bit of lube round it, let it soak, then the clamp agin, no ****in joy

Exactly same thing happened to me. Trewey is spot on. My local mechanic got stuck in with the airline and blasted it out. Went for a new caliper rather than a rebuild - cheaper in my case as I hadn't time to do and the mechanic had and his time is money!

It's just that when ye said ye were goin' tae bleed it tomorrow, ah hoped ye had the pipes done mate... otherwise it'd be a waste of time if the old ones might be a bit dodgy;):D

nah, they will go on in a few weeks, calipers need to come off again, and back axle needs droppin fer some welding so no worries, they old pipes are in quite good nick mate :) honest !

bit of work dunt bother me really , keeps yer goin,
