Freelander td4 2005 - change of silent bloc of Rear Deck

Hi Everyone,

First of all, I m french guy and not totally fluent in English. I will do my best to explain my question.

I have to change the silent blocs of the rear deck f my Freelander td4 2005 - 3 doors.

Does anyone have a procedure to replace it?

The cars workshop told me they need an hydraulic press to fixed it.
