freelander problems

hi there im new to this but i really need some help i have a freelander 1.8 serengetti its 02 for past 3 weeks ive been having problems with it 3 week ago my fuel pump went with out any prior notice ever since then my car sort of judders everytime you change gear and the engine light keeps coming on ever so often also i have noticed today that the water tank is leaking. could this be a head gasket problem waiting to happen. has anyone got any ideas as im stumped( takin car to garage on friday)
