Freelander heated seats

Hi All,
Firstly never used a site like this before, sorry if this is in the wrong place I'm just finding how to use it.
My question is:
Bought my Mrs a freelander 2006, it has leather seats and all the wiring looks complete ie plugs cables etc under them, I can see wires heading from seats in direction of dash under carpet etc, the dash has blanking plugs, but when I removed them they are connected to wiring plugs..could it be just as simple as changing them for switches to get them to work? Looking for help advice etc

To answer your question; provided the seats themselves have the heating elements in them then yes, just getting the switches and fitting them will work. Don't get switches from a pre-facelift Freelander though, they're different.
