Was the gearbox shifting properly before you changed the fluid?
Hi Nodge
You seem to have done a lot of work with these connectors.

I have a dead wire from 52 connector C0932 to c shift 11 in connector C0243.

Do you know how to take pins and sockets out of C0243 I think its at the socket where the problem is.

If the wire is broken in a non accessible place can you run a wire straight from 52 in C0932 to 11 in Co243 bypassing C0243 if necessary.

Sorry to interrupt but not had any answers on my post. Many thanks and apologies if this is not the done thing.

I don't think to many people are going to be worried about you hijacking an 8 year old thread with relevant content :D

I'm the least knowledgeable person to join in on this, but if the wire starts and ends in the same place and doesn't miss any joins or any other splits/earths or what ever, then I'd have thought you were safe to do so.

Maybe try it in a temporary, non disturbing of existing wiring (if that's possible) way before getting the wire cutters and soldering irons out.
