Hi are the footwell repair panels the same for a s11a and a s11a light weight.

I think they're narrower. But STD can be adapted.

Cheers ive got a s11a( nomal) not light weight. So guess that the wrong way round.
They are ebay at £15 quid each. If it helps any body.

I bought really cheap repair panels when I was sorting my series 3 bulkhead. Never again. Get the best ones, not the cheap ones. That way they might get close to fitting. I'm still having problems now with reassembling and because they are in and painted it's a nightmare.

Oh yes, avoid anything that doesn't have the pressed ribs. There was a guy on eBay. Les Carr. They seem good.

The yrm panels don't appear to have the ribs.

Apologies, esp to Ronnie at yrm. They do now have the ribs. Just checked.

Ok thanks folks. The light weight ones on ebay were ribbed. Just old stock.

They stiffen it a bit and so stop the panel making sympathetic noises with the various sources of vibration.
