Nightmare. I was chasing a footwell water leak. Found out that the driver side footwell has rusted through holes in it. At the top just to the left of the brake servo and at the bottom just below the throttle pedal. Now what? I need some one to make a major foot well weld up or even an new bulkhead. Can anyone recommend a repairer in the South East ?
Help !!!!!

Look at the footwell repair panels on YRM they are not too difficult, just the floor pan needs unbolting.

Top near to servo will need patching but lots of wiring in that area so would need servo out and dash stripped ideally unless it's accessible from the footwell. If the rest of the bulkhead is ok such as door mounts and corners, then a new bulkhead is not really needed.

Great, thanks for this !
Do you know anyone in Sussex that could weld it in for me?
I think I would make a pigs ear of it

If its only a little hole drivers side to the left of the pedal box looking from the front backwards, a little patch and 4 pop rivets will suffice, then some sealant to seal it.
Do a neat job so it looks oe
Mines been like this the last 3 mots!

Mates was more serious so we replaced both his, but only up to the vertical bit as that was still sound
