Foot spa instead of footwell!

Hi all,

I recently sealed all the holes in the driver side footwell with silicone. Bad idea!

I now seem to have a convenient foot spa, as my newly sealed footwell is water-tight, therefore all the water coming in form dodgy seals has nowhere to go.

I have (as a temporary measure) just drilled a couple of holes to let the water out.

Now, the water seems to be flowing in from either the windscreen seal, or the foam seal between the windscreen and the bulkhead.

how easy / dificult is it to replace the foam seal?

i fitted a brand new seal (between windscreen and bulkhead) when i built my 90 and mine still does the same as yours so very doughtful it will sort the problem. but you would need to lift the roof a few inches at the front and fold your screen forward to fit one, so not a hard job but abit time consuming.
