has anybody had any trouble from the potentiometer on the go pedal or am I being stupid I thought I had got rid of the no go sometimes but it comes back just now and again put the go pedal down and there is almost nothing then it goes , I had a new turbo because the other one was getting worn on the vanes , I have changed the air and turbo vent filter I have replaced all of the vacuum tube and the vacuum switch on the back of the engine so have very few options left one is the vacuum switch on the front of the engine and the other is the potentiometer on the go pedal , unless some one else has any idea's

hi mate, how the devil are u,

have u got a synergy box fitted, assume u can see the turbo actuator moving through the wheel arch

know also the fuel rail high pressure switch or connectors going green ??

are u able to get live data from the potentiometer

hi gstuart nice to hear from you again and no sorry I do not have one fitted

u too buddy , was just a thought , know when i had one fitted on mine it sometimes useto do that with nothing happening when i pressed the accelerator

Would diagnostics tell you if potentiometer playing about?

that’s what i was also thinking ref live data

if i remember correctly i think it’s around 5v for each potentiometer terminal when the peddle is pressed in

Yer can read the "go pedal" response from diagnostics while pressing the pedal with the vehicle stationary or moving. Reading should move as per the pedal. Safer when it's stationary as yer dun't need to look where yer going.
