Finishing off wading kit

What have people done with the end of there wading kit.ive read on here not to run it into the snorkel because it can cause a vacuum and suck up it.i stunt have thought that cud happen to be honest but I havent done it just invade.somi just ran it up the back of the snorkel which looks ****e.just wanted to find something to finish it off like a breather top or something but I can't find anything like that.what i have found is a banjo fitting .Pneumatic Airline Fittings - Plastic Push in Fittings - Single Male Banjo (BSPT) - Pneumatic Fittings - Airline Fittings from airlinefittings.co.uk. i thought about drilling a hole somewhere on the roof mayb and threading it into the roof.stupid idea or not? Just want something to finish it off nicely

I just drilled a small hole in the top of the snorkel and pushed the pipe into it .. Very very very unlikely to develop enough suction to suck up with any more pressure than a sparrows fart ...

Suck what up anyway? It's hardly going to cause any issues 'cos there'll be so little pressure differential that it'll have no effect on anything. Fevered imagination I think, or someone once found sucking hard on a small bore pipe can syphon stuff .. put 2 + 2 together and got 43 ...

+1 ran mine up back of snorkel And under the Jubilee clip, that holds the snorkel top on. then poked end of tube inside the top.

I used pneumatic fittings and fed it straight into the airbox - been like that for six years without problems.

I mite just buy 1 of them banjos and do it into the back ov the snorkel

i just cable tied mine to side...also i had a dodgy gear/transfer box which must have had water in and it pushed oil/water gunk up the breather and out the top, if that was in my snorkel it would then go down towards engine...not good

I just ran mine into the top of the snorkel like most others on here....
