Series 2 Fairey overdrive

Hi all,

I have a guy interested in buying my Fairey Overdrive, I just wanted to make sure it will fit his S2a 2.25 petrol. I am pretty sure it will based on what I have read on here and online, but can anyone confirm? Cheers.

Why would you be looking to sell it unless you have lots of them and already have one fitted to yours!

Fear of failure. That's why I ditched mine.

i fitted one after having a quick peep inside, it made horrible noises so I stripped it completely and found the main input bearing had not been pressed fully home and whoever built it simply left a thrust washer ou and circlip out. Igot some parts from local bearing stockist and some online, It is now rebuilt and feels sily smooth with zero lash. just need time to refitting order to test,
If you scrapping one give it me i enjoyed rebuilding mine lol
