Extra insurance for fitted kit like a snorkel and wadding kit.

I recall being asked if I had either a snorkel and or wadding kit fitted to my 110 when I insured her for the first time with Adrian flux.

I was told that it would cost more to insure if I did because the kit is associated with off road and greenlane driving.

I have just taken my youngest daughter to her friends place 10 mins down the road and 60 percent if the journey is almost flooded.

If I now fit the above mentioned kit to protect my pride and joy from flood water damage, just so I can get to work, am I now likely to see my insurance rise again.
