Theoretically they're brilliant though i'd guess they're more prone to accidental damage on sharp rocks etc. Would also be great on soft ground as they spread the load unlike a mechanical jack. Look on Youtube someones sure to have posted a video of one.

I bet they're a pain in the *rs* to put away with out mucking up your boot though.
 
They are very good but as said make sure you have 2 thick pieces of matting. 1 for the ground anfd one for on top of the airbag. Putting them away is simple you just roll them up and put them back in the bag it came in. We recently used one to slide under a large rock that a farmer had put across the track and once it had lifted we simply rolled the rock off the airbag.

That's not a good price though try a draper tools stockist and get one a lot cheaper.
