My sister in law lives in London and has a 2014 plate Td5 Puma defender 90 and 2 years ago had it converted to Euro 6. Should she expect to get the 6K she spent on this conversion back when she sells it?

A td5 and a puma are two different things and it cannot be both. At 2014 it will be the puma.
I am not as familiar with the prices of new ones as I am with the older ones. But my gut reaction would be no you won’t get the money back. Most people do not need and there are plenty about that haven’t had it and would be 6k cheaper.
