engine cutting off after clutch change

got a small problem.
2.5 dse manual transmission.
the clutch was changed but now when reversing it cuts off sometimes and when revving up to 3500 rpm the engine cuts off as well.
car was connected to the machine and only errors comming up was temperature sensor.
any ideas of what might be? thanks

You could try changing the temperature sensor.
