engine conversion 2.25 diesel to 300tdi

hey, just after abit of info please if any one can help. i've just bought a c reg defender 90 2.25 diesel with a buggered engine an also a disco 300 tdi all working as a bundle as the idea isto swap the engine into the defender. i have been told that i need to modify the engine mounts, and the manifold and was just wondering how difficult this was. thanks
