Engine and gearBox transplant

Hi does anybody know if I can transplant a 300TDI engine and gearbox from a Discovery into my Military 110 which is coil spring and permanent 4WD set up based on the Discovery chassis. For me it looks like the engine and gearbox should fit with a bit of tweaking but will all the drive train link up?
