My battery went flat AGAIN over the weekend. I put it on charge over night and this morning it had forgotten everything. Windows not set as usual but this time it would not respond to the key fob either :(

After three fruitless attempts trying the EAK I phoned the main dealer. It turns out you need to wait for the "KEYCODE LOCKOUT" message to clear before you start entering the code.

Tried entering the code again as per owners manual and it worked.

After it accepted the code it was simple to get it to work with the key fob again.

Turn the key to the left then return to vertical. Leave the key in and press the lock button. Then turn the key to the right to unlock. Return the key to vertical and press the unlock button.

I am sorry if this is already here somewhere, but I did a search this morning and could not find any relevant information.
