Hey y‘all

I have a Land Rover l322 and would like to unlock additional functions such as automatic side mirrors in and out when unlocking or locking the car. I would need suitable software or a tool with which I could do this. Could any of you recommend anything to me?

@Pabil00

i wonder if the Autel AP200 may work on urs, is a basic reader but works very well on my d3

Amazon product

agree the gap iid is an excellent bit of kit, have one myself and very impressed , pay for themselves very quickly , think there around £450 , another reason I suggested about the AP200 in the off chance it might work

hope it helps

Mines 2008 and no auto fold mirrors on that, as for which diagnostic Gap iid is the one you need.

plus 1 to the gap iid as also have one myself and really pleased with it for my D3

also have the Autel AP200 and that also works well , be it basic is very handy to keep in the glove box

don’t know if the Ap200 works with all FFRR but does seem to be getting very popular

know some have bought an AUTEL for their FFRR but alas not updated us if it works or not

My 2008 Supercharged does not have auto folding mirrors either. I have bought a GAP to use on my LR3 and am hoping it will let me activate manual power folding of my outside mirrors. Don't know if I have the correct mirrors for this but I do have a place for the needed relay and the adjustment nob does move in the correct direction, namely down. Next year I will get a license to use the GAP on the L322.

Mine are soon to be non auto folding at this rate, the drivers one doesn't sound happy! Yet to figure out how to get to the motor/mechanism
Don't know if it's the same as mine but I just pushed the mirror forwards and found the alloy was a bit corroded. A quick wire brushing and sorted. I'm guessing drivers side works the same.

its black plastic on mine, i did wipe it over and put some gt85 on it.. but it think its more internal gearing that needs a clean, at least on mine
