Drop arm ball joint question

Last week I replaced my steering drop arm and ball joint. Yesterday I tried to part this an split the rubber meaning all the grease escaped! So my question is do I need to buy the arm again or just the ball joint kit? I read you need to have a press to do the ball joint on its own or is it just a case of me re greasing it an putting a new rubber on? Any help will be appreciated.

just new rubber and grease i should think you can fit it with a bottle jack whilst its still attached
