aye thinking about doing that, a nice soft top 90 would be sweet. or hardop van back? dilemma, if i get the jard top i have a radio operators canvas tent that fits the back end of a landy, which is coooool. ill get saving i think

here u go fur trapper.

made out of standard issue mod army canvas same as the 12x12s and u kinda just roll it up and reverse in, and it clips to the wagon and creates a 'home' u get little ones and the back end of a 12x12 can be used aswell as long as it has the zip doors.



and the 12x12




used them on our exercise on basics too, well we didnt the instructors had 2. bastids

Thats feekin cool where can you buy one????????? Have been Looking at tents here to buy for camping in uk but if you got them there I want one and how much

well i cant say ive seen them at surplus stores, maybe mod sales?

i got mine when worcester TA centre shut a few years ago and they were getting rid of some kit,

i can do some looking about

EDIT: although i do happen to know you can get 12x12s from most surplus, military has hundreds of them,
another advantage of them, close all your door and windows, zip the tent up, and you have your self a central heated tent

gammon steak and a pint of fosters
pretty clever this 'army' lot eh! can tell an officer came up with it so he could keep his tent warm! haha.

if you get one, massive hint, get some heater ducting to fit around your exhaust so you can pipe the gases outside, otherwise you come down with a bit of death.
edit: thats if you wish to use the central heating option, they aren't particularly bad at holding heat anyway.

i agree with the medium rare, but has to be served with thick cut steak chips peas carrots and gravy

nae as good as it used to be though, shepherds is also a place that used to just be surplus, now its a poofy walking, climbing shop.
