I'll update this thread in case anybody else ever asks the question.
The tdci dog guard did not fit, as the TD5 has side facing rear seats and the TD5 dog guard mounts to the end of the seat belt bars in the rear.
I eventually went for the LR one which cost nearly £300 but it's a superb piece of kit, much better than the aftermarket ones.
Alrhough it should be for £260.
LR still list the TD5 110 CSW dog guard but of the three variations (SW 9 seater, 12 seater and hardtop) it's the only one still available.
