Hi there,
I have finally succumbed to a Land Rover. Two of my elder brothers have always been into their Landys over the years.
I needed a new company car because my Alfa GT was 5 years old and I was getting stung a huge amount of tax so my brother, Steve, suggested a Discovery commercial.
I play in a band (3 actually) and have a considerable amount of gear to carry about which I have been doing in a people carrier because it's nicer than a van.
My wife has an estate car, good for carrying her mum and Auntie about in and I've never really had much need for back seats so a converted Disco makes great sense. Very little company car tax, full capital allowance for the first year as it's classed as plant & machinery, all VAT is reclaimable and a 40 grand luxury car which has a great image for the company I work in.
Corris Grey with a few extras like heated seats, exterior pack, full size spare and tow pack. Delivery expected end of October.
Looking forward to being part of this community
