Sigh!

Unfortunately I can't afford to run two cars at the moment, so Clifford has to go.

For sale is my excellent Land Rover Discovery 300tdi ES. This has been off road prepared but sadly has to go. I can't afford the luxury or running two cars at the moment and so this has to go. It was fairly standard when I got it but I have been laning a couple of times and been to a couple of off road sites. Suffice to say I got bitten by the bug. So, the details, good and bad...

Good points:

7 seats in leather, new battery, new alternator, 2" suspension lift, Insa Turbo Dakar 265/75/16s MTs all round (BRAND NEW FRONT TYRES, SEE PIC) on modular wheels, 2" extended arches (just done), steering guard, diff guard, CB included, 12 months road tax, MOT until September. full mats, including boot liner. The car runs superbly on the road but is set up for off road fun as well. Just one bulb needed replacing at last MOT. The engine is very smooth and pulls well. The gearbox is fine, changes nicely, Hi/Lo and diff lock work as they should. A Radio/Cassette will be included.

Bad points:

Sunroofs sealed (as usual!), air con not working (a pipe is needed), rear door arches aren't great but they weren't an issue for the MOT.

I will be sad to see this go. I have had four Land Rovers and the Discoverys are the best I have had but this sits outside the house five days a week. Someone will have great fun owning this.

Think you're askin a bit much for a leaky Disco with short MOT.
Any pictures of the chassis:confused:

No pics of the chassis, could do, but it's very solid. It looks as if it's been wax oyled plenty of times in the past though.

I don't think it's too pricey considering it has 12 months tax, new battery, alternator, arch extensions and superb tyres all round. Why, are you interested?
