Disco R380 in Defender 200tdi

Hi all, I have picked up an R380 gearbox with lt230 transfer box. I have a 200tdi defender engine. My question is this, is it possible to fit the disco gearbox and transfer box onto the defender 200tdi engine. I know the engine would need moving forward because the whole unit is 140mm longer. I'm not too fussed about gear stick positions. Just want to know if it is possible and what else would need to be altered if possible.
