Yes I have the Disco back one week now, no signs of oil leak from Exhaust Gasket. This has taken the dealer just under three months to repair. I wish to thank "Wolf" for his comments but to be honest the dealer only said that Land Rover had provided a specific procedure for fitting the gaskets, which they did not have. So I am truley unable to give any real answers. However, there is a strange noise coming from the running gear which will require investigating. Some say its the exhaust baffels others the drive shaft. Does the Disc II have a fault in its design (drive shaft etc.) the specialist out here is Saudi said it has would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
