I have 90 which I love but need something a little bit more comfortable for a 10k miles commute. I fancy a D2 but maybe it’s just me but I love the look of the early l322. Is a l322 going to be much more of a headache that a D2, could somebody persuade me?? Doing oil and filters is the top of my skill set. I know both can be Russian roulette!

You will struggle to find a D2 without rust, How's you welding?

Early L322 will now possible suffer rust too, but not in critical areas like the D2.

Have you considered a P38, of all the LR products I honestly think they are the most rust free, not without their own problems though.

They all have their own issues but most help is available here. How's your electrical ability cos you will need it for anything if you "upgrade" your 90;).

Pays your money takes your choice, But keep a good chunk up your sleeve because of PO bodges:oops:.

I'd look at a P38 personally if those are your 2 choices, as for l322 vs D2 if that was your only choices id go for the disco.
