Difference between MOD and cilvlian dashboards?

I found a gearbox for my Defender and it's come with a surprisingly tidy 110 attached! I was wondering what the differences are between the two types of dash and whether I can swap them. I know mine has the large central switch for convoy lights etc but are there any other differences?

Apart from a map reading light on the passenger side and the speedo in KMH, and your 6 way light switch, no other difference.

Got a pic of a military rally 90 tonight, and it's got the convoy light switch and map light (and maybe a couple of extra buttons).....

other than that stuff, looks pretty much like a normal dash to me

aye, go wi whit the rest say, just the map light n lightswitch bit in middle n i if i mind right fae ma days drivin green anes there isnt a clock on the dash
