Hi folks.

Similarly to my CV joints question.

My Diff lever was knock out of place by a passenger and now I can only get drive through the wheels when diff lock on at bottom left corner, Is it broke or am I doing it wrong??

It would have to be a very well-aimed kick to do any damage. Most unlikely that it is broken, or even bent.

If you don't use it very often it is probably clogged up with mud. Take out the centre seat panel and have a look.

In which case the bent steel sheet lever or the 5mm rod may have bent, or a pin dropped out although less likely.

You'll need to take the back part of the transmission tunnel an one floor panel.

If it's only mildly bent, there's an adjuster on the pivot screwed into the main gearbox which should sort your problem out.

Well a broken half shaft would dump all drive without difflock, but you don't seem to be getting drive in difflock low. So now I'm wondering if you have bent the high/low rod...
