Disco 2 Diff Oil Change Advice (+Transfer Box)

Hi All
I'm wanting to change the diff oil on my 2004 D2 (front and rear), seems Rimmer Bros have all the filler and drain plugs I need in case of replacement/damage in removal but I cant work out if the drain plugs need a copper 'washer' like the engine sump has?
If anyone has any suggestion on type of diff oil? I understand 75/90 gear oil is the recommended.

For the Transfer box which has a leak, Im looking to check level and top up if needed until I can get it looked at, would you replace the oil entirely even though leaking or just keep checking level/topping as needed?
Also does this have a copper 'washer' on the drain plug?

From the RAVE manual. (Page 10-18).
5. Remove oil drain plug.
6. Allow oil to drain.
7. Apply Loctite 290 to threads of oil drain plug.
8. Fit transfer box drain plug and tighten to 30
Nm (22 lbf.ft).
9. Fill transfer box with recommended oil to
bottom of oil filler/level plug hole.
+ CAPACITIES, FLUIDS AND
LUBRICANTS, Lubrication.
10. Remove all traces of sealant from threads of oil
filler/level plug.
11. Apply Loctite 290 to threads of oil filler/level
plug.
12. Fit transfer box filler/level plug and tighten to 25
Nm (18 lbf.ft).

Must admit I missed the bit in RAVE (because I never read it) about the Loctite. I've only removed the fill plug to check the level and top up and haven't had trouble getting it out or it leaking, but I can see why many have trouble getting the plugs out, 290 is a high strength threadlocker and then wind it in at about 5 times the recommended torque!!

I've not yet tried to remove the drain plug on mine and I'm not looking forward to it now!

I replaced the plastic filler plugs with the replacement brass ones. The plastic plugs and brass replacements come with a rubber O-ring for sealing. Don't know about the drain plugs, I haven't done that yet!

I did all this ages ago, without reading Rave, just replaced with Brass and keep an eye on them. no Loctite and they don't leak either.
