Warning, if you were planning strapping wings on to your Land Rover to
see if you could get airborne, then there are many things to think about
such as aerodynamics, power to weight ratios, license requirements, etc.
This video I think shows the result of some secret R&D by Land Rover
when they were commissioned to produce a flying offroader. The results
are not good.

impressive modelling. I like the way the suspension seems to work credibly.

actually, there have been floating rovers, and rail rovers, seems someone
ought to do an air rover, really.

wonder if you could model one in mickeysnot flightsim?

I think he would have done much better had Clarkson not been the test pilot.

The whole flying Defender thing just makes me think - WHY? What's all the guns about?
